USQ Clubs - Graphic design request

Basic information

Each affiliated USQ Student Club is entitled to one (1) graphic design work each year, subject to availability. All requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the due date. Student Life will endeavour to fulfill all requests but no guarantee can be made. Projects will be allocated on a first in preferential basis. If a project can not be completed, Student Life will work with the Club on finding a suitable alternative.

Every project will follow the process:

  1. Request submitted by Club
  2. Clarification if required
  3. Approval
  4. First proof (draft) provided for feedback
  5. Changes made based on feedback
  6. Final work provided

Posters will be delivered in JPEG and PDF (print-ready PDF if requested) file formats. Logos will be delivered in PNG file format.

This should be a minimum of three weeks ahead of the current date.
